I want my money back!
If you have purchased a product that has become faulty within the first few weeks or faulty when purchased, then you have a legal right to obtain a full refund from the retailer in which you purchased the product.
However, this is not the case if you have been advised of the fault.
If you have purchased the product online from an internet seller or by Mail order, then under the Distant Selling Regulations 2000, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the goods to return the product back to the retailer for a full refund, without any questions.
Please note that in both instances, it is the Retailer or Internet Seller than is legally obliged to provide a refund, and not the Manufacturer.
